Unexpected kindness in a crisis

Ray at the front desk were really good for our family when our RV broke down. He arranged accommodations quickly and provided boxes for our belongings.

The breakfast options were limited, and the coffee machine was out of order, disappointing .

Ability to make a reservation w/o having to jump through a lot of hoops to secure same and get confirmation of the reservation.

Desk clerk definitely not a "people person". No sense of humor or how to interact with the traveling public. Just occupying space and doing the minimum requested. The am desk rep seemed a little more engaged with his guests. Room had no refrigerator - - needed to store medications overnight.

The location was particularly good for exploring Santa Rosa. In addition, liked to spend time by the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

The breakfast selection was commendable too. Sadly, the room had minor cleanliness issues, and I felt the atmosphere could use a refresh. The overall experience remained satisfactory .

The lady at the front desk when we arrived (can't recall her name but she was wearing glasses) was the most professional and friendly hotel staff person I have met in a long time. She welcomed us to her town, pointed out all the amenities in the hotel and recommended a restaurant nearby for us. Don't know if you offer employees performance awards but if so then she is deserving of one.

Lots of great food. The room was fairly quiet with a firm mattress, bathtubs, the desk for doing homework, friendly service. Great location, in a separate area from where people were sitting to eat.

Clean and spacious King Room with comfy bedding. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall positive experience. The breakfast had a nice selection, though some items ran low as we arrived late. There's a visible wear in the hallway carpets, and the ice maker had intermittent issues, which could use some attention. Worth considering for a convenient stay.

We enjoyed the Santa Rosa Blue Hole, where mum and the kids had a blast swimming in the clear waters. The hotel was conveniently located this beautiful spot. We appreciated the clean room and friendly staff.

For dads, it would be great if noise from other rooms could be reduced.

The hampton inn offered a nice breakfast selection and good toiletries, including lovely soap. The room had plenty of towels, and the location is great for rv's and campers. It's a nice touch that guests can enjoy free wifi and relax in the hot tub.

We had a lovely time with a clean room and a comfy bed after a long day of traveling, and breakfast was pretty tasty with some nice variations. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after our drive. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times 😊
